QED designs cutting edge technology systems for the in-line pickling, coating, cleaning and quenching of steel wire. Our HighTurbulence® Pickle, Electrolytic Pre-Clean and Flux Tanks are all made of premium quality fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) materials. While our ruggedly build Quench, Phosphate, Borax and Wax Tanks are made of galvanized or stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance. All our systems have a straight through wire path with re-circulating process fluids and highly effective wiping systems as standard features.
